vet, that's some real "legal'ise" ....but to me it sounds like:

GRZ is in negotiations now with somebody.....rusoro, third party who knows. but it sounds like they're working on a deal to me....

WAG-wild ass guess: an "insider", probably not rusoro, is working a deal out with doug/BOD to purchase large amounts of shares or a majority interest...
