All Chavez has to do is SIGN the #&% Permit. Chavez knows what is going on and had the brains to call KRY back to the negotiating table after some lowly official had denied the issuance of the Permit last April. Chavez is playing hard-ball with KRY and until our KRY Management initiates re-negotiations, we will tread water.

I don't know what Richard Marshall is telling you, but a soft-soap line just doesn't cut it any more. The boys on the KRY management team owe shareholders more updating and public appearance on financial news channels, just like Agapov has done.
