I'm assuming the big institutional investors are 'stuck' in their positions like a lot of us are on this board. They were led down the primrose path with the dangling permit carrot like the rest of us...given a positive official news release every now and then by Venezuela to ensure that they held on for the big permit announcement while our financial condition went from bad to worse. I don't think they can easily exit their positions at this point. Many bought in above $2\share. Why sell at 12 cents\share....they might as well see what the lawyers can do at this point. Who knows...maybe bullwinkle will pull a permit out of his @$$.
