There is something fundamentally wrong in the discussion.

Gold is the only association between GRZ and KRY, one is a concession the other a contract to operate.

This means that GRZ with all the permits in place is fully independent,which is seen by the authority not in a favorable mode;

on the other hand KRY was the model that they wanted to operate in Venezuela, now they are not so sure ,Chavez likes the joint venture better.

Therefore in either cases Kry being a contractor can only decide how to operate the mining and the administrative side is a CV prerogative.

I am sure that any of the big corporations will not like to be told how to run their company by a bunch of biased officials.

In the end there is not much space left to maneuver ; concessions are out ,that is GRZ problem.

JV is a different can of worms to open. The business sense stops at the door and the emotional one takes over :now ,do they like us enough so to proceed in our job giving us the permit to operate or they decided that we are not the right company for them and take the contract away from us offering a compensation as small as possible according to the share price.

This would explain the drive to to kill our SP by an interested third party ready to pick up our ashes and saving Chavez money and headaches.

Under all of these circumstances no major ever will approach us for a take over.

We will get money back, how much will depend on the bargaining skills of our BOD.
