bnamericas is usually pretty reliable but there are a lot of problems with this story.......

concession vs contract...

i was under the impression hecla left ven to rusoro awhile ago...

and not least....there are a lot of "looselipped officials at mibam/minamb"

personally, i dont GAF anymore....i'm in the "tell hugo to shove his mine up his ass category"....but believe we should do it publicly by dropping fliers all over venezuela and suing rusoro in canda and hugo at icsid....

what the hell, maybe we can at least cause a coup!!! free chancelor!!!! viva la libertad!!!!
