Perhaps you are already aware of the latest article by Roy Carson in his VHeadline News: http://www.pr-inside.com/print971089...

I would appreciate your response to the information it contains as it is highly destructive to KRY .

I have never read any official explanation by KRY on how they handled the political mess caused by "Dr. Enrique Tejer Paris and closely linked members of the Crystallex de Venezuela C.A. management team, including laywer Luis Cottin" in their alleged involvement in the April 2002 coup d'etat against president Chavez.

Is THIS the "political" roadblock to obtaining the Permit?

Just what IS the Tejera Paris family involvement in Crystallex Venezuela. If is negative to KRY, WHY hasn't it been removed, and CAN IT BE REMOVED NOW?
