Uranium? & Squirm Baby Squirm

Why would VZ embark on a Uranium for Peaceful Purposes with the CapEx required when 1. Large oil reserves, 2. a Large portion of the VZ population is starving and living in squalor. VZ needs Uranium like Iran and No. Korea do. This is the Ruskies & Puerco Hugo thumbing their nose's at the US. If oil can stay down here for a even a few months, it will not only be great for the free world, but will cause Major disruptions in the economies of all the bad guys.
