It is official GRZ put Rusoro officialy on the bad boys list.

Gold Reserve has made a legal filing in Ontario to block Rusoro Mining's hostile $50-million bid. It alleges that Endeavour Financial International Corp.--which has been advising both firms--has a conflict of interest.
