Dilapidation was an ancient form of upholding the law for various crimes .

My point : let the first person not guilty to trow the first stone !

I don't see a politician nor a public administrator having not taken a bribe in their elected time for self serving purposes .

This is dust under the carpet and will stay there ; the majority of them are guilty ,no gain letting it out.
