If I might add another:
If I was a lawyer (and I am not) the question would be on what grounds was the denial justified?
I ask what law or decree was enacted into law that said "no open pit mining" or "no mining in the Imataca".
Now on top of all of that you have Sanz quoted as saying "LC will be operating in 2009"....How is that?
Then you now have Rusoro bidding for a company that has had their permit revoked....wait a minute Rusoro isn't that a lose lose situation...you are wasting your money on someone that has had their permit revoked...aren't you?
Bottom line if KRY doesn't get their permit soon they have a very very strong case!
