You maybe right, but if it goes to international abritration the only ones making any money will be the lawyers. The average investor will not will in this senario as it will take time for the average investor to get any of their money back or what is left anyways.

The best senario is for the permit to be granted or for KRY to develop an exit strategy to get out of VZ with their collective assets in toe. I do not see ligitation as a viable alternative that will allow the average investor to collect their capital.

Just my opinion, but legal action just does not sound that appealing to me...if one thought the length of time they have been in this play was long they may not have the staying power to go to international abritration.
