To exploit in an irrational way means to me.



Destruction to the environment - illegals and small miners ie mercury/cyanide/erosion/disturbance of environment with no remediaiton plans.

No taxes and/or royalties are being paid to the government/no control by gov't.

No social commitments provided to the communities by those exploiting.
