This scenario could be applied to Kry in the eventuality that everything goes wrong.
It shows the willingness of Chavez to put the money where is mouth is.
How fair the deal would be to compare with the assets? not enough for us
for sure but fair for him ,so good negotiators will be vital.
I hope that it does not come to that.

Venezuela does not rule out buying 100 percent of Cemex shares.

Mexican corporations can operate in peace "because beyond the fact that they are doing very good in Venezuela, they may continue to operate if they align with our economy's stance," said Venezuelan Ambassador to Mexico Roy Chaderton during an interview with Mexican daily newspaper La Jornada.
Chaderton was referring to the negotiations the Venezuelan government has launched with Mexican cement maker Cemex to take over operations in Venezuela, the Venezuelan official news agency ABN reported.
Further, he claimed Hugo Chávez's revolution is acting in a transparent way, as the Venezuelan government offered to purchase 60 percent of Cemex shares, and the two parties are considering a number of possibilities.
According to Chaderton, "the Venezuelan government may offer to purchase 100 percent of the Mexican cement maker shares, if the company does not agree to take part in a joint venture."
He added that Mexican sectors "overreacted" to Chávez's announcement that he would nationalize the cement industry. "Mexican companies are making a lot of money in Venezuela," and they will be allowed to continue to operate if they respect Venezuelan economic guidelines.
