President of Cuba in Venezuela

I haven't seen anyone commenting on the fact that Castro's brother, the now President of Cuba, has been in Venezuela for the past two days, He went on to Brazil yesterday.

Chavez says they signed, I think it was 174 agreements, mostly about communications and the economy. I wonder how Chavez will feel when the US takes off the Embargo on Cuba, and normalizes their relationship? Now will he have to compete with Obama for the lime light?
