I keep coming back to the idea (conspiracy) that this action is part of the plan to put pressure on VZ to clarify our postion. Kry might be under the same gag order that Sanz invoked but can respond now that it has become a legal matter.

This will also make VZ respond one way or another much sooner. Sanz maybe be forced to give evidence as to the project. I'm no lawyer but I would be asking Sanz to clarify.
