My friend is concerned about my investment in KRY. He has contacts in Venezuela who will do some checking for me. Below, is his opinion:
"KRY has not paid the proper people and they are being bled to death. The game will continue until they can no longer afford to hang on and will have to walk away. Chavez is not stupid. He knows this. At the end of the day, the lawsuits will fly and KRY will be taken down by both Chavez and its carcass will be stripped clean by the lawyers who are already beginning to file suits. The more suits the more legal fees and the quicker they have to walk away. They are playing a game they cannot win."
(Meaning, KRY IS PLAYING A GAME they cannot win.)
1. Can KRY take some preemptive action to dicourage or dissuade these suits which I believe are without merit?
2. Can some legal action be taken by KRY that puts PRESSURE on the Vz.Gov't to negotiate a financial settlement or to issue the Permit toute suite without having to wait until May 27th to proceed with arbitration?
