I have previously inquired about what would constitute a default and was told a cancellation of the MOC from CVG. Clearly, it would appear that the noteholder may think otherwise. It will probably not be possible to get a meaningful update from Crystallex until they have, hopefully, resolved the difference of opinion. We don't need an additional lawsuit.

The bright side to me is an acceleration of final resolution.
