Yes, we press released the news based on the Government formally receiving the Letter. I believe Letter was sent to the MIBAM, CVG and Attorney/Prosecutor General.

Thank you for responding to my letter of December 05, 2008. However your explanation, as follows,
“The notification letter, as outlined in our November 28th, 2008 update release was delivered to the government officials on November 28th , in accordance with the Canada/Venezuela Investment Treaty.”
Does not answer this question,
“Has Crystallex received formal acknowledgement from the Government of Venezuela that they have received the Notification of Dispute letter? And specifically to whom was it sent: CVG, Mibam, Sanz?”
