One thing that struck me about this class action suit is where is the money?

KRY is not flush with cash now, even if they do win much later KRY would have even less. This would come after a long and expensive legal action which they (a legal firm of 2 lawyers) would have to fund up front.

The only situation KRY would have a heap of cash is if it got the permit OR got a large settlement from arbitration...

Question is why are these wankers going after KRY?

Who would benefit most?

I'm still long and I have doubled down in the last week.
