Thanks for sending the letter to Richard Marshall! His reply is factual and encouraging.

If my memory serves me right, whoever signs for the Permit incurs a personal responsibility should any environmental problem develop.Is this the logjam?

On the face of it, this seems "crazy", but it seems to be Venezuelan LAW.

Any comments? ( I wish there was a similar lLaw covering Bush's actions!)
