"crystallex has been notified by xxx that they intend to file a class action suit against the company for statements made during the time period xxx. we believe these accusations are wholly unfounded and kry has followed all necessary regulatory guidelines with regard to press releases. kry plans to defend it's position vigorously and is optimistic of a favorable outcome.....

in related events, kry has been notified by high level government officials that the long awaited environmental is approved and only needs to be dusted off and signed. the delivery of this permit to the company is imminent and should arrive shortly before boxing day (canada)/kwanza....we'd like to thank our loyal shareholders for thier patience and understanding and would ask them to reject any class action suit which may be brought against us. the board of directors would also like to announce a special meeting of shareholders to approve the motion that kry management and it's BOD will assume all assets of shareholders including but not limited to clothes off thier backs, firstborn children and any future earnings of these individuals."
