We complain about RM not giving us information and then this speculative lawsuit if launch based on supposed positive comments by Kry. 99% of the posters here would make great witnesses that RM, Fung or anyone else hasn't given us anything to suggest we would definiately be getting the permit. About the only comment I can think of is Thompson saying sooner rather than later.

This is such a joke it can't even be real in terms of a legitamit plantiff. That is why they are looking for a lead plantiff.

This is a non event that will only help put pressure on VZ if Kry uses it right.
