Dear Mr. Marshall,

These questions are from members of the Agorcom KRY Discussion Forum:

KRY staff keeps saying that the environmental permit is the final permit they need.

In comparison, GRZ received the environmental permit last year, and was waiting early this year for "Initiation Act" to commence full-scale construction. According to GRZ news release early this year, it said "The primary milestone of 2007 was the receipt of the Permit to Affect Natural Resources from the Venezuelan Ministry of the Environment which enabled us to begin the construction process at the Brisas Mine."

Does KRY also need "Initiation Act" to commence full-scale construction? Does the environmental permit only allow for the beginning of the mine construction? Or is KRY in a different position than GRZ, in that KRY does not own the mineral resources (since KRY only has a mining agreement with CVG)?

Has Crystallex received formal acknowledgement from the Government of Venezuela that they have received the Notification of Dispute letter? And specifically to whom was it sent: CVG, Mibam, Sanz?

We would appreciate an answer or explanation to these serious questions.
