Great find and as the author said "Chavistanomics only works with high oil prices. Oil is at 6 year lows and appears to be going lower. Consumption of oil is down and going lower with more and more energy efficient vehicles coming out by all car co's and people are driving less. Hugo's only other card to play is mining and gold brings in the most revenue.
