Trying to be the sunshine in the life of his people and the quest to helping lift them from poverty ,Chavez has failed because he failed to recognize that allocating big sum of money for a quick fix it does not work in fact when the money has gone there is nothing left behind.

Instead he should have created diversification of infrastructures in order to create jobs helping people to help themselves out of poverty and improve their standard of living.

Of course this is called capitalism and it is not in his book.
