very interesting article confirming that my thoughts are on the right path .

Conciding that the diminishing oil revenues are not going to substain Chavez policies how is he going to hold power when is economy is only based on the natural resources which is mainly oil .

Then my previous questions become fundimental : what After Chavez ?
