I do want the permit, don't care about hugo. I just feel bad for the VZ people, so much WASTED money when they had it and nothing to show for it. If I were from VZ I would be mighty pissed at what the books show now after RECORD oil prices and just given away to everyone BUT us.

Time will show his era was a dark period for VZ not revolutionary.
