Last chance to get in will bring all his aces from his sleeves and , guess what, he needs ever single vote that he can get the hands on ,Las Cristinas will be the only immediate impact at his disposal to achieve the goal .

Immediate because it is ready to go with the right economical and political structure contemplated in the VZ constitution.

From my hope decayed fantasy i shall say the permit will come in the first two weeks of January in the middle of the reelection campaign .
