Regarding the rest of your comments i totally agree with you .

The Venezuelans need knowledge and expertise , which they are very short of,and they want the investment capitals provided for in order to access their market.

This way they got the bull by the horns ,practically everybody becomes an employee of theirs and you get paid 50% [joint venture] after expenses and you still got taxes owing to them.

So you see they are taking their own resources with no effort and paying some of them back as a remuneration.

Not a bad deal at all for them.

Kry will mine with 90%chances or compensated from a take over with 10% but of course this is only my opinion.
