Remember that Carson/Perez interview. Well, something was missing from it.

Previously, Carson had written that Perez might replace Ortega. So, without a doubt, in the actual phone interview Carson had to have asked Perez if he would be returning to his old post. Yet that exchange was not alluded to in the VHeadline article.

How could that be? Why would Perez not answer the question and probably demand that it be stricken from the official record?

If he were happy where he was, wouldn't he have responded in kind?

What did Perez mean when he said he'd have more to say after the election?
