I went to their site & wrote this message on the contact form -

Dear Mr. Bowden,

Regarding your article about the nationalization of Las Cristinas mine in Venezuela and Crystallex's role. I like the gist of your article and agree with your thought "Nationalization, stripped of all rationalization is theft". However, Crystallex has a mining contract only (and hasn't been told it's being taken away as of yet) and the Venezuelaen company CVG owns the mine. In other words, it can't be nationalized - Venezuela already owns it.
