before anyone goes off on me i'm just trying to get a feel for the financial end....i dont personally think we'll end up in icsid but i'd like to get a grasp on what we're in for, just in case.

is there a way to find out the name of the firm and how fee's are determined/scheduled?

i.e. are there large "retainers at landmarks/pre-litigation"

i'm kind of suprised this was'nt mentioned in RM's recent PR. i would'nt think intl' litigation lawyers come cheap...and i doubt they offer a "we dont get paid unless you do option"....
