Right, any government or government agency assets.

One example would be the refinery that PDVSA owns 50% of with Exxon in Texas or Louisianna -- that 50% share could quickly be seized by a simple filing in a US Federal Court.

Also, any cash in bank accounts anywhere outside VZ would be an easy target.
