I think that the retail investors are encouraged by the press release yesterday. Many feared that we would be stalled into a zero cash position.

Question: have we had any requests from or discussions with the Venezuelans to modify the terms of the MOC? I ask to clarify speculation by some on this issue.

Hello XXXXX.
I'll be traveling the next few days and have limited email and phone access. While I have not spoken in detail with Bob Fung the last couple of days (he was traveling) the recent updates I have still suggest that the Govt has not raised the terms of the MOC. I believe Bob said that at the Shareholder Meeting last week.
We are in frequent communication with Officials at many levels and still hope to see the Project back on a predictable development path for the benefit of Venezuela, the local communities, stakeholders and shareholders.
