i guess the 3 items that minamb and the NA asked for are'nt changes to the MOC....just big unexpected expenses?.....

i had thought there was discussion of JV's, mixed plans, combined projects, etc........

next time you email RM can you ask him what ongoing discussions actually means....

maybe it would be better if fung just went to rangel and said "hey, how much do you guys need to get this thing going?"
