I personally thing that Kry's letter of clarification to the Venezuelan government has a different meaning from what it appears to be.

Our BOD knows well that Sanz wants to incorporate Kry in their planned restructuring of mining and he is trying to find a formula that is compatible.

So the letter from Christallex telling the government that they want clarity and amicable solution to the problem is really telling them that they are prepared to renegotiate the contract but they like it done quickly [the six months time limit ] in order to start work for the benefit of everybody involved.
