well sasa, i hope canada has better luck than kry has had....we've been in "constant contact with high level officials" forever....and although the dialogue was "extremely promising" and we've remained "optimistic"......we've still been f'd in the a'......

imo, this all comes from HUGO......not ortega/rangel/sanz/chancellor or anybody else.....hugo just plain does'nt want to do business with the west (even though the US is the biggest exporter to and importer of ven goods)....
