hoov, great post and analysis.....i dont know that i agree the vens will give us an answer soon....if hugo wants (or is forced) to start mining LC soon then yes, we'll get an answer.

but if he is against kry mining LC and can afford to sit on LC a few more years (i dont think he can).......then hugo's best move would be to keep mum and let kry bleed.....

personally i'd like hugo to take a logical, sensible step for once and get the project going as planned......

but thats always been the danger of investing in venezuela...you never know what they're going to do......
