A lot of people have wanted a deadline and now we have it. 6 months is a long time but I've been in this so long what are a few more months.

In my opinion this was done to force Ortega to issue the permit or answer why she won't. This follows the whole transcript from the NA meeting about our legal recourse being recognised by Mibam.
