After watching the PBS show...There is no doubt that whether we get a permit...and the terms of any permit (or non-permit) will be totally Hugo Chavez' decision. If he feels he wants to throw this plum to the Russians to suit his political whim then that will be what happens....and it will all happen to suit his timeline.

It was also clear that the Venezuelan people will dump that A-hole if he pushes his luck too far. They love freedom too much. They have political coos more often than most people change their underwear. BTW...did you see Gorilla Face in the documentary? (yuck)
