Jackal, about being delisted 2 things:



One: The TSX likes the volume that KRY presents on the TSX..its money for them.



Two: Sorry don't remember the symbol right now but just saw a gold company on the TSX that was lower in sp and in much worse financial shape than KRY and the TSX was giving them 209 days to clear up their issues. A lot less volume than KRY which probably prompted the issuance of the warning...IMO.
