EC-- I don't think it will matter. It is more important HOW the permit is issued. If there is a lot of fanfair we will be in great shape. It will take some time for the market to respond and it will depend on what Hugo's pitch is.If he supports us we will in fat city, if he and Vz. are luke warm about it we could sit holding our asses for God knows how long. --- I know,it sucks.
