The overall market is in Bear mode. That does not make all stocks speculative. Even if one were to consider all stocks speculative, some would be considered much safer than others.

If the dilution of Kry stock was a concern, it should have been picked up by DD. If this was a not so good indication to the speculator, then a portfolio adjustment would have been in order.
