I don't think that the Venezuelan government officials have any consideration for KRY shareholders.

If the Vz government has any consideraton at all for shareholders it is contempt. Hugo's boys detest capitalism and profits. Capitalism is, by definition, comprised of the stock market and investors. Oh.....I almost forgot....Venezuela "encourages foreign investment". As one wise Venezuelan official stated...."if they don't invest...others will".
