I wonder if the payment of the miners is the final step before the go-ahead. It makes sense. It also makes sense in the context of reclaiming LC... the illegal miners have been a real problem and finally we're seeing the solution being executed.

BTW: Reading these old articles shows me that Vz has stood by KRY pretty well. Permits have been issued. The government has voiced support at all levels. The project HAS advanced... we ARE ready to mine. We were chosen out of a field of other companies. Vz had good cause for revoking the Placer sale to V.V.
