One of the thing that i am frustrated with KRY with the current clarification that we are looking is - they did not even set a 90 days deadline like last time

I understand it is tough for management to set a deadline, but they must have some plan B they can access to beside waiting. Does Kry really has a deadline for this clarification, what if this clarification will come 10 years from now. I just think our management didn't step up enough to protect our shareholders.
