They wait 2+ years with no real work, scrounging what ever they can and the VZ/Chavez declares the revolution a success becuz these miners have been retrained in other areas like Agriculture and Tourism. They grow virtually nothing(even the forests are polluted and won't grow trees) and I can just imagine the out of control tourist trade in caracas where 100,000 people have been murdered in the last few years and thousands have been kidnapped for ransom - never to be seen again. I once thought the job issue was leverage, but no more. The only leverage Fung has is the equipment. He needs to negotiate equipment for buyout with some strings on the equipment or If Kry gets the permit, ships equipment and starts construction - Chavez will likely declare some sort of Marshall Law and confiscated everything. It may be smart(if the permit is secured), to keep the equipment and negotiate a buyout with Polyus or whoever has the cash and stomach for this totally fk'd country.
