I thought the 25th was just for folks that couldn't make the 20th/21st dates. Kind of like a make-up day?

This is total speculation on my part...but why do they call it a "special day"? The timing seems right. I'll bet my left nut the permit is announced next Tuesday, November 25th....another BOLD and unsubstantiated bullsh!t permit prediction by GWHatesMidgets!
