the last time this happened (to my recollection) was on or about the ortega announcement.....whenever we have a huge downward move on no news there will be news within a few days...

as far as management goes...i say give out all their personal info...

they've gotten paid for NOTHING for years.....i rolled the dice, i took my chances, i got burned...thats ok. but for f's sake dont tell me about "poor management is sad too, dont beat up on them"....
