It's good to see VZ making progress with their Russian buddies. Our only enemy is procrastination and delay. As long as this issue comes to a head in a reasonable period of time, we'll make out ok. Whether or not CVG gets the permit on our behalf is irrelevant.

That is, of couse, as long as you have been averaging down.
